Thai Sweet Chili TUNO Quinoa Salad

Packed with plant-based protein goodness, this salad is the perfect complement to your next lunch on-the-go, potluck, picnic, or backyard get-together.

200ml olive oil

200ml red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste


2 cans Loma Linda Sriracha TUNO

180g dry quinoa, cooked according to package instructions and cooled

200g cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber, diced

½ red onion, diced

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

½ avocado, chopped

4 mini bell peppers, sliced


First, make the dressing. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients until thoroughly combined. Then, make the salad. Toss together all the salad ingredients. Coat the salad with the desired amount of the dressing, you might not use all of the dressing, according to your preferences. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
