This TUNO canape is one truly delicious appetiser which you can pull off in under 10 minutes. Reminiscent of a classic tuna salad canape, this vegan version uses perfectly balanced, pre-seasoned Loma Linda’s Lemon Pepper TUNO. Making healthy appetisers has never been easier!
- Savoury crackers of your choice (we picked a herb flavoured cracker to compliment the TUNO salad)
- Lettuce of your choice
- 2 – 3 cans of Loma Linda’s Lemon Pepper TUNO
- 1 tbsp Vegan Mayo
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, shredded
- Fresh Parsley for garnishing
- To prepare the salad, mix all the ingredients for TUNO salad together and keep aside.
- For canapes, place lettuce on top of the crackers and load up with a generous scoop of TUNO salad. Serve immediately.
